These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Tinto Expressions Centre website, booking platform, distillery tours, tasting experiences, and related services.
By booking or participating in an experience offered by The Tinto Expressions Centre (“Centre”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Participation in any Feni tasting experience is strictly restricted to individuals who are of the legal drinking age as prescribed under applicable laws.
2. Guests may be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification upon arrival.
3. The Centre reserves the right to deny participation to any guest unable to provide proof of age or identity.

The Centre reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate without refund.
